ans: Western NY

faq: Do you do international shipping?

ans: Not currently. I have found it to be too expensive for certain items, like clothes.

faq: It did not fit me. Can I send it back for a refund?

ans: No I accept returns for defective merchandise only.

faq: My item was found to be defective. What do I do?

ans: Take a digital photo of the garment and defect. I will not only return your original payment, but cover your shipping too. That is one of the best guarantees on Ebay!

faq: Do you work too?

ans: Yes, and my irregular schedule sometimes makes it difficult. However I have been utitlizing PayPal shipping through the US Postal service, and this has helped. I ship usually one day or less of payment (Sundays and Holidays not included.)
